The Faces Behind the Food: Meet the Ollers

When you sit down to a meal made with food from Intentional Farms, you’re tasting more than just pasture-raised meat. You’re sharing in the story of a husband-and-wife duo who answered a call they didn’t expect—to return to the land, steward it well, and invite others into a journey of good food and faithful living.
That story starts with Stan and Coral Oller.

A Dream Planted in Faith
Neither Stan nor Coral grew up on a farm. Their path to agriculture wasn’t paved by family tradition but by conviction. Both felt a stirring that life could be lived more intentionally—closer to creation, closer to community, closer to God’s design for how food should be raised.
So, they began learning. They studied regenerative farming practices, prayed over what their role could be, and slowly started shaping a vision for a farm that could feed people while also restoring the land.
“It was never about building a business first,” Coral says. “It was about living out our values and inviting others into that story.”
Reclaiming the Land
When Stan and Coral first stepped onto the property that would become Intentional Farms, it wasn’t lush or fertile. The land carried the wear and tear of years of overuse. But where others might have seen broken ground, they saw potential.
Through prayer, intentional care, and livestock raised the way God designed, they’ve slowly brought life back into the soil. Each decision is rooted in the belief that what’s damaged can be redeemed, and that healthy land produces not just good food but lasting abundance.
Farming as Family
For Stan and Coral, the farm is more than pasture and livestock—it’s their life together. It’s the backdrop of their marriage, their shared faith, and the rhythm of their daily work. Morning chores, evening laughter in the barn, and the countless unseen moments are the heartbeat of Intentional Farms.
Their mission is simple yet profound: to raise food people can trust. Food that nourishes families, strengthens communities, and connects people back to the source.
Why Intentional Farms?
The name wasn’t chosen lightly. Everything about this place—every pasture rotation, every animal cared for, every fence line mended—flows from intention. To honor creation. To honor the life the Lord has blessed them with. To honor the families who gather around the table.
And at the end of the day, when Stan and Coral sit down for a family meal of their own, they know they’re living out that vision—one pasture, one animal, one relationship at a time.
