Ingredients

  • (1 Package) Chicken Feet
  • (1, Quartered) Onion
  • (3, Cut into Thirds) Carrots
  • (4 Stalks) Celery
  • (2) Bay Leaves
  • (2 Tbsp.) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • (1 tsp.) Salt
  • (1 tsp.) Pepper
  • (1 Tbsp.) Turmeric
  • Water

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients into the slow cooker and fill to ¾ full with water, about 8 cups.  Simmer on LOW for 24 hours.
  2. Pour the contents through a mesh strainer, leaving just the bone broth. Discard the solids.
  3. Pour the strained broth into glass mason jars and cover.

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days, in the freezer for up to 6 months. If poured while hot, broth will hot-pack and seal lid without a pressure canning.
